The physical activity guidelines suggests that teenagers should do at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity every day. As teens get older and more independent, staying active isn’t always easy. Consider how activity can be better incorporate into your teen’s daily/weekly schedule.


Active Kids Vouchers offers all school children between the ages of 4.5 and 18 years a voucher valued up to $100 per calendar year to help them participate in physical activity. You can use the vouchers with registered Active Kids providers – see the website for a list. Simply enter the voucher number during the online registration process or take a printed copy when registering in person.
