Children aged 0-5 years that are underweight or overweight/obese, who have not yet started school and are living South Western Sydney can be referred to the community dietitian at the sites below:

• Bankstown Community Health Centre
  • Outreach sites in Fairfield and Liverpool areas
• Rosemeadow Community Health Centre
  • Outreach sites in Camden Campbelltown Wingecarribee and Wollondilly areas
