Over the years, South Western Sydney Local Health District’s Health Promotion Service has partnered with community groups to run Community Kitchens. The kitchens are facilitated by local community members, who share their own recipes for the group to learn. The program is a great way to meet new people, gain skills in cooking and budgeting, and learn about nutrition and healthy eating.
