Pregnancy

In South West Sydney we want to partner with you to provide the best care for you and your family in this important time of pregnancy and birth. The first thing you should do is book in your pregnancy care with your local hospital. All women should have their first appointment at the hospital before 13 weeks of pregnancy. Women with a high-risk pregnancy may need to have their first appointment earlier.

If you're not sure which is the right hospital for you, you can check here

Booking in your pregnancy care:

If you have a referral letter, you can upload it directly through the SWSLHD self referral portal using the below link.

If you do not have a referral, you can complete a pregnancy self-referral form using the same link.

Submit your patient self-referral here: https://app.consultmed.co/refer/swslhd

The antenatal clinic at your local hospital will contact you with your first appointment details. The clinic will contact you by text message, email or phone call. Please be aware that the phone call may come from a private number.
