The Health Promotion Service supports older adults in south west Sydney to move more, eat well and stay in touch with others. Our goal is to help seniors live well and stay independent. 

Staying active is one of the best ways to stay healthy as we get older.

Good nutrition becomes more important as we age. Eating well helps maintain energy, strength and independence. 

Staying socially connected is vital for mental health and wellbeing as we age.

Falls can happen more often as we get older. But many falls can be prevented.
