Multicultural Health Week
Every year, in the first week of September, NSW commemorates Multicultural Health Week (MHW) to promote understanding of the health concerns faced by communities that are culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) and strategies for resolving them.
Gather your group of friends and family and head down to the nearest park, and keep the good times going - whether it be through a fitness session, a catch-up with the squad, or for a family sports day!'
There's plenty to do for everyone and remember, every step counts!
