Better Active Living Liverpool is back for 2026 — and now also running at Michael Clarke Recreation Centre in Carnes Hill! 🎉

Term 1 program spots have now all been filled, please register your interest to stay up to day for next terms programs and locations! Express your interest early to be notified first!

Got a child aged 5–13? Better Active Living Liverpool is a great way to help them get moving, build confidence, and try new sports in a fun, supportive and beginner‑friendly environment.

This year, families can also enjoy free afternoon tea, plus interactive nutrition and wellness sessions designed to support healthy eating and healthy habits at home — making it a valuable experience for both kids and parents.
