What makes it safe: 

  • Walking only (no running)
  • Ball stays below hip height
  • No physical contact
  • No goalkeepers 

Who can join: 

  • 65 years old and over (50+ for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people)
  • Over 60 years old with chronic disease
