Stepping On Program
A 7-week program for older adults who have had a fall or are worried about falling.
- 2 hours per week
- Free in south west Sydney until 30 June 2026 (this may change)
You can join if you:
- Are aged 65+ years, or Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders aged 45+ years.
- Live at home (not in a residential aged care home).
- Are able to walk independently, with or without a walking stick.
- Have a fear of falling or have had a fall in the last year.
Note: The program is not suitable for people who have significant cognitive impairments or complex neuromuscular conditions.
- Available locations: Bowral, Casula, Campbelltown, Chester Hill, Fairfield, Eagle Vale, Lurnea, Narellan, Oran Park, Picton, Padstow (subject to change)
