A fun, safe way to stay active with others. No experience needed.
What makes it safe:
- Walking only (no running)
- Ball stays below hip height
- No physical contact
- No goalkeepers
Who can join:

65 years old and over (50+ for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people)

Over 60 years old with chronic disease
